Is there a minimum order at Panzi.eu?

Yes. The minimum order is 25EUR.

How can I pay?

We accept credit and debit card payments only.

Is it secure?

Yes. We are working with Simple Pay, a well-established payment gateway. Thanks to them you can pay with your credit card via a high-security, encrypted transaction. This ensures that your card number will not be accessible for any third party.

Why can’t I pay for my order ‘Pay on Delivery’ (POD) or ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD)?

Even though you seem like a nice person, some people tend to order goods which they decide not to accept once they’re being delivered. This is unnecessary hassle for our packing team and the delivery guys, and it’s also quite expensive, therefore we have decided to only accept pre-payments online for our orders. Thanks for understanding.

Shipping 

How will I receive my order?

Our orders are shipped via UPS standard. Once your order is ready for UPS pickup you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your goodies.

Can I pick up my order personally at a store or pickup point?

No.

How much does shipping cost?

  • For orders below 59EUR: 7.99EUR
  • For orders above 59EUR: 4.99EUR

Do you offer express shipping?

No. We only offer standard shipping only, but don’t worry, shipping within Europe takes only 2-5 business days, so you’ll receive your order pretty soon.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Orders are picked and packed within one business day.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your location. Shipping within Europe usually takes 2-5 business days. We are shipping all orders via UPS, so you can check their regular shipping times based on your zip code here, “Ship from” must be set to Hungary. You’ll also receive a tracking once

Can I return my order?

If you have not opened the packaging and there is no damage on it, according to EU law you can return your order for 14 days.

How can I return my order?

Please get in touch with us via email at info [at] panzipet [dot] eu. Please use “Return” and your order number as a subject line, and include the date of your order in the email. We’ll get back to you with the instructions.
